Metcut Recherches S.A.S specializes in the independent testing of new products, treatments, coatings and manufacturing processes. Our servo-hydraulic test machines with load capability to 500kN can provide load, stroke and material strain control.

Metcut Recherches S.A.S. owns a large assortment of grips and fixturing which enables to conduct tests from room temperature to 1200˚C.

The experience of 2,500 tests conducted each year, with help of our 30-machines fleet, is our pride.

We are able to direct a complete testing project, including the specimens’ machining, the carrying out of a qualifying program for several properties: fracture toughness, creep/stress rupture, crack propagation within Metcut’s laboratories.
